Have been to one of these this morning rented property and tenant has complained no hot water but heating is fine.
Basically have run hot water at kitchen sink which is close to boiler and it took a few seconds to turn on then took maybe 30 seconds to start to ramp the temperature up, seemed excessively long tbh
Have gas rated it and seems fine waqs thinking plate maybe blocked?
Or even could be because its pants lol
 
Check diaphram, venturi in the right hand block, thermistor
