About to commision a boiler change.

House calculated to need about 21kw for heat + 2kw for water
14 rads in total mostly 4' doubles. House mainly single skin Victorian brick, 200mm loft insulation, single glazed windows.

Heat only and a choice of:
Veissmann Vitodens 100 26kw
Broag-Rehema Avanta 24kw - my choice
Vaillant Ecotec Plus 428 28kw

Any professional preferences, or do I just go for the highest kw or go even bigger?

Cheers
Jonathan
