Boiler keeps switching on.

Hi,I've got a Euroflame 50/70 oil fired boiler.It keeps firing up at all times of the day and night even though the timer is switched off.It's as if the frost protection is coming on but it's about 8c outside.Any advice would be greatly appreciated,thanks!

Could be a duff frost stat or sticking valve or the programmer/ timer might be crook. You need an electrician or boiler engineer.

Managed to sort it myself!
The pin the spring hooks onto inside the valve had snapped so simply replaced it with a 4mm bolt and jobs a good 'un.Thanks for pointing me in the direction of a sticking valve.
