I’ve been with checkatrade for 12 years now. I have noticed a massive drop in new enquiries over the last year. They seem to be all about trying to on board new members. Just curious as to what the consensus is about checkatrade from other members?

If you use the 'Search' button at the top right of this page to search for 'Checkatrade', you'll find several threads discussing of people's experiences and opinions. There have also been several threads discussing methods of growing business and getting/keeping good customers. IIRC the consensus is usually that the most practical / effective method for increasing enquiries from cold is to have a decent flier printed up and to plod round during quiet periods putting them through doors.
