combi boiler sequence

hi all
just studying fault logic on combis. when combi goes from ignition to ignition proving does ignition proving mean that combi burner has gone to low flame , also do all combis go to low flame before going to main burner flame and is there a fault logic for intermittant lockout ie could i keep starting combi to see if it stops at a certain point. thanks for any help

its low flame = flame sensor=full flame

that doesnt mean it will be the electrode
