I can’t remember if it was here or somewhere else I saw someone had fitted a compact low loss header
Need something 40kw rated (vaillant 637)
The WB and vaillant ones are too big
 
Compact in length or dia ?
 
Spirocross bud they do one with 1" connections not cheap but a quality bit of kit, corgi direct , viessman direct . Or get one made up in stainless pipe and a few sockets . Kop
