ooooh get you with a cordless Fein multimaster rocket, how much did that set you back?

Pita = pain in the...

I'm sure I've swapped siphons in those without smashing tiles, slide pan out and then undo the cistern and plumbing and then ease it out.

Fein is a brilliant brand mate

I had one similar to this yesterday, just used my oscillator and cut some of the front out enough to change the syphon but admittedly mine wasn't tiled!

Where from??

Howdens Kitchens and Joinery suppliers,
They do deals from time to time, Open an account spend £100 and get a free tool, it was either a multi tool or impact driver this time, they've done makita radios, drill drivers all sorts from time to time, I use the fella i work with account anyways and was already collecting a sink and unit, so when i seen the offer i opened an account and got a free tool

I think when I change I'll put in a Dudley turbo? You can then just change them from the top I think?

Some Dudley valves have a Yellow pin roughly halfway down, pull the pin out and the rest just lifts out.

Yep, that's the ones I'll be using

Some are fixed but I'll use adjustables

Don`t they have the nut for height adjustment not the Yellow pin. For future reference the pin does go in from either side.

no you just move the yellow pin up or down one notch

Yes, I have the 240v Fein..

I opened an account at Howdens for my £100 of free goodies and got nothing, then they were ringing me up every week asking why I don't use my account.

I bought my first item yesterday from them after 6 months.

is it a BTW pan? could you take pan out and cut access hole that would then be covered up by the pan.

Most likely need a new cranked link arm (from flush handle to valve) looking at that.

If you cut out a section just above the pan say 10" x 4" could you then reach through and cover the hole with a sheet of something like this. 20160120_224022 (1).jpg

(Currently wrong by 90 degrees)

I Dont plan on buying anything else from them, the branch in particular have screwed us over on multiple times

I'll cut & fix however the LL wants it done. The tenants rung me 5 times today. I told her yesterday it'll be Saturday!!
