i have posted the info he asked for the fact that he doesnt sound like he knows what he is doing is not the point of the forum it is surely to give info and politely guide them into getting an experienced engineer to do the work, they are ultimately, probably going to start the work anyway

You've been given good advice based on the level of competence demonstrated by the question you have asked. I would suggest you follow it than keep trying to get the advice you think you need.
