Discuss E Cigs in the workplace in the Gaining Plumbing Experience area at Plumbers Forums

I don't smoke but my parents do and are quitting by using e cigarettes. My dads been off the **** for over 8 months and I've never seen him so fit. He walks miles every day. No coughing or spluttering like he used too. My mum who's 61 is fit as a flea as well.

The safety of E Cigs is under investigation and they are currently unlicensed products.
There are a lot of shyt brands out there. There are also some excellent companies who go above and beyond.
I'm not particularly concerned.

On the other hand I have a customer who has converted a barn into an e cig factory. Completely below the radar.
His workforce sits on upturned milk crates just inches from old horse droppings and pour liquids from washed out milk bottles. His stuff sells for 2 quid a bottle and he is a millionaire. His stuff is the preserve of newsagents and market stalls. I wouldn't touch that stuff with a bargepole.
He clearly has flavourings which he uses marked "food use only, not for inhalation".......
