Can't believe you only get an extra £100 and same time frame to convert to combi.

What if condense run is a pain, or gas is all in 15?

The conversion today was a piece of pi(s. floor standing ideal, cylinder above. A proper doddle.

I concentrated on that, the lad who's with me clipped out for gas an prepd an changed valves. Through some cleanser in whilst we was doing making goods an gave it a bit of a flush, I got told most lads aren't even using chemicals.

the way I look at it, this week I've invoiced for £1700, you get some flyers, you get some harder ones. What you gain on the swings you lose on the roundabout :)

Couldn't do it on my own in a day.

What do you do regarding pipework in airing cupboards etc? Internal gas runs etc? Saw some council work last week and it was a truly shocking standard.

Never done any contracting but I can't imagine doing work of my usual standard in that time frame.

I did Eco work before Christmas an you could literally lash it in, no clips or nothing.

it has to be up to scratch, everything your make goods the lot otherwise your going back.

I'd struggle on me Todd, I've got a decent lad who is a god send, can solder an does things without being asked what to do.

basically, I don't move from the boiler.

i do a drop test when I walk in, he drains down an does valves, condense, the gas run an making good.

I park my ar@e on a hop up an pipe the boiler up, having a decent lad helps ten fold otherwise I'd be struggling really.

Done a y plan to Combi Tuesday, both in same cupboard. Cut everything back an clipped an renewed so I'd used a bit of pipe on that job. I'm only paying 90 for a bundle of each an 55 for 310 fittings.

straight combi swaps, half a length of each.

im getting a bit stingy now like, been using the bender non stop :)
