Electric shower + electric water heater

Hello, I'm looking to remove cilynder and tank from storage (I want to have empy space there not the cylinder) and I've found one solution on the web, I would like to know if it can be a good one or if it is faulty.

I live in a flat, electricy only, no gas, water pressure around 2 bar.

I would like to put this electric shower

and to heat water for sink in the kitchen and sink + bidet in the bathroom I've seen this water heater (of course I'm gonna buy two of them, on for the kitchen and one for the bathroom)

If I'm not wrong everything should be used with mains, isn't it? That means I can get rid of cylinder isn't it?

First of all I thank all of you for your kind explanation and time... I'm not british so not know well how things work here.
Problems is the last thing I want...

PS. Any ideas to get rid of cylinder and tank? As said, no combi boiler as I do not have gas...

Any scrappie will give you £35 -40 quid for it or leave it on the street for 10 minutes and it will disappear as if by magic.

Your best hope is to get a small unvented hot water cylinder fitted. A small 15l undersink unit will give limited hot water or if you can squeeze in a larger unit you can get them around 60 -70 litres. There is more flexibility in siting them as you don't need any cold water storage. They do need to be fitted by a qualified installer though.

Which is the best brand?

Can I have two of them, one under the sink in the kitchen and one under the sink in the bathroom (this one shared between sink and bidet)?

That's the sort of thing. You'll need to speak to an electrician again regarding siting one in a bathroom, may need to go in a cupboard due to electrical regulations. They're all fairly similar as far as quality goes.

One more question guys... small unvented hot water cylinder uses water from the mains, isn't it? Actually I have a very good pressure for cold water (about 2 bar)... will I have good water pressure even for hot water?

Reading on the web some info about unvented hot water cylinder i've read that they can be risky... is it true? or they are safe?

They are safe only if installed properly by someone who knows what they're doing and holds the g3 qualification.

Followed your link to this bidet, if this is the one that you have installed then you will not be able to have a mains water supply feeding it. (Water Regs 1999)
