Hi Gents,

Slightly off topic but advice would be appreciated.

Thinking about getting my F Gas..... Mainly for the possible future business with heat pumps but maybe for additional work in the summer with air con (there's global warming right?)

Yes or no? Worth the time and money?
 
If you need that licence to do installs, it may be worth it depending on the cost.

As for servicing or fault finding, it a whole different ballgame.
You need a comprehensive knowledge of refrigeration to be able to undertake this sort of work.
The cost of refrigerant gas is expensive, so you need to be using it often to make it viable.
