bit of guidance needed. I have a flue which is round about 200 mm away from a cooker hood vent, the vent terminal from the cooker hood has got flaps which are closed when the cooker hood is not in use, so effectively only open when under positive pressure from hood, just a bit unsure as to what people think on this. I understand that 300 is minimum according to manufacturer instructions and bs but with it being the closed type terminal was wondering if this can be passed as is. thanks for any help
