H.A property, I struggle to see how this has never been picked up before, nice of them to put a flue guard on though. It is at face level as well so eye brow's removed when you walk out the door. I A.R'd it and suggested a new boiler and plume kit!

Excellent stuff!!

Just needs a hood, mirror, chair and Woman magazine then Doris can have a free perm ...

Oh boy, even I'd never do anything that stupid.

Housing Associations are a rule unto themselves, don't ya know?

I expect that the clerk of works was multitrade with a carpentry bias and qualified to at least NVQ 2.

one day instals what do you expectto earn good money you have to do one a day the only way to do one a day is cut corners

At least it is fanned flue, look again there used to be a natural draught B/Flue fitted on the floor below it.

Best bit of the job was the brickwork :joker:

shoulda been another 6'' to the left really.....

rack it up when the door knockers appear, good idea.lol.

Good spot kev the gas, even though I noticed a 15mm gas capped at floor level, I never noticed the brickwork.. must have been a water heater

eyes like a hawk !
