I normally use a 1/2 female x 15mm end feed elbow if possible and going through into next cubby. Make sure you measure the clearances you need for the oven or you will slap yourself in the face if the pipe stops the oven going back correctly.
Allways follow manufactures instructions to the letter, and double check your clearances above hob and ventilation requirements.

It can be a daunting fitting something new for the first time on your own, you will soon build your confidence up, good luck.

Thanks for your feedback its been very helpfull

Can anyone answer the simple question without judgement or sarcasm please
i think all the fitters on here from there replies never asked for help when they started out.

gregg1908 - There is no harm in wanting guidance if you don't know. There is potential harm if the person you are giving guidance to is not GSR and worse, incompetent! Your initial post was limited in knowledge so erring on the side of caution means questioning your competence. As gas man mentioned, this is an open forum where a lot of the general public, of differing levels of ability, ask for help. I hope you appreciate that!

Good luck with your installation, try not to scratch the work-top eh :1eye:
