you seem to be coming across as a very callas little man if you don't want to help why not go play down the pub ? what's your price got to do with it ? after seeing what you have rote I wouldn't employ you if it was 120 a day and fine your mighty empire will not fall down but you might find you lose a few jobs because of you sarcasms if that what it was
 
what so I say plumber joke -heating engineer most people don't care apart from heating engineers. I am just looking for advise but seems like taking the **** out of my predicament if that's fun to you guys ..

People are trying to get as many facts as possible to give any advice remotely.
The title suggested you HAVE a gas leak, the first advice was to get help ASAP,

As I posted you won't be allowed to dig up or put surface pipework in the communal area without the Management co's permission, they have to get involved, there may be at least 24 leaks which could affect the whole block.

If it means I don't have to work for people such as you then frankly I'm delighted with that news. Now if you don't mind I need to go and turn my heating down, I'm roasting.
