had trouble gas rating a boiler this wk it was an old ground mounted meter imperial ft2 . with boiler on full the dial needle would rotate constantly but keep sticking for 6 sec at the 3 / 6 and 9 o clock positions as if some of the teeth on the cogs were missing . had to analyse it and do working pressure and time the dial for 1/4 of rotation and x by 4 for rough kw rating
