if the rumours were true do you think gs would hold there hands up anyway ?

the only issue ive had with GS is with there tec helpline , i dont ring it no more i ring my mentor or a good friend on hear

no i never ring the helpline either its easier to ring round your local people or even go on twitter and follow the gas lads. every time i have ever phoned its a guy at the end of the phone who thinks your thick and lives for his weekend. anyway its registration time soon there going to be on their best behavior ATM, saying that they did a GSC for a friend of mines customer other day, turned up issued 3 NCS on the installation had a cup of coffee slagged the installer to the customer before telling the installer what the issues were, CHEERS for totally undermining us BOYS and GIRLS, oh and i wonder why GSPR dont work weekends? different storey when we have to go chase customers and work every hour god sends to secure jobs

Were the NCS on your friends work or existing? If existing that should have been noted on the certificate that they issued. If on their work then perhaps they were justified in slagging them off. It's not GSR who are undermining us, it's poor workmanship by registered installers who need weeding out.

they had an extension built between registration and safety inspection, builder had piped condensate into water butt, builder had boxed a gas pipe in wood and also extension made flue more than 220 to internal corner
