Jedny it may be worth talking over the alternatives with the custard and deciding on an agreement regards who pays for the analysis report! If you know you've done the best you can and flushed the system thoroughly then you have little to loose and a lot to learn should it turn out that the system water is still causing the issue!

Personally if there's a build up of any air/gas in a sealed system it's generated within! If the system hasn't settled it's air and continues to produce something or other then there's a problem :)
 
I'd start avoiding his number me old mate. He sounds like the kind of customer you'll never be rid of.
 
As much as id love to im a stickler for getting to the bottom of the problem
money on the job is not an issue as very good customer so if system fault then he will pay but if something to do with the works ive done then no question i will sort :)
 
Stupid one but os the inhibitor at the correct dosage ? Like they say 11 rads per bottle or along those lines !
