Grohe shower unable to get warm/hot

Hi My daughter has a Grohe mixer shower (see photos) and however I try to mix it to warm / hot it only just manages slightly warm or cold. I don't know how old it is as it was already fitted when they moved in. Can anyone suggest what might be the problem. Other showers are fine so I think it's just this shower that has a problem. The levers to turn on the water and adjust hot/cold are not stuck and work well but no hot. Any advice appreciated, thanks.

Ps. However hard I try I cannot get the pictures to be the right way up.

First port of call is to disconnect the hose from the bottom of the shower outlet, see if this has an effect on the temperature.
