HALL of SHAME PHOTo`s

Always wondered why we didnt use those tap style wall iso's here tbh.

The vast majority of plumbers would probably love to use them but it would mean using flexi connectors to attach to them as they are designed for.
God forbid that the majority on here would want to upset the half dozen " Glitterati " on here that hate flexies.
Guess we will just be the sheep and do as we are told and keep those pesky foreign things out of our country.

Thing is, here, a burst flexi means a new kitchen ceiling in most instances. Over in Europe where the have their heads screwed on, most ceilings are concrete, the floors are all tiled and in many cases have a gully in them, and if a flexi does go, there's a convenient tap on the wall to turn off the supply. Not a crappy iso valve.

Just found this on the Screwfix forum:

Apologies for the terrible quality but I was drunk. This is from a pub lounge - and that's the best part of the install. 'Plastic fantastic', 'who needs clips' etc...
