Hello all , just looking for some ideas to heat a conservatory other than radiator , its for a mate and i could put a rad in but his system struggles at the moment so the extra load would not go down to well i think .
Just wondered what you had come across on your travels .
Thanks mark

If there's a solid wall you could look at air to air heat pumps.

Thanks for the ideas , not sure if he will like adding to his lecky bill ?

Got a big garden?

Try a ground source heat pump or as Mike said use an air to air heat pump.

Fancy some kind of solar powered rig?

You could try photo cells on the conservatory roof to help generate some power for the electric radiators.

You could insulate the floor extremely well and fit something like Pilkington K glass. Then top it up with underfloor heating.

Depends what you want to do.

Many thanks all for your comments , plenty of food for thought . I will let you know how it goes . cheers mark
