not getting pilot now

Is it sparking still though?

i am blowing through it and it is hard work to get air out other side

I believe from memory it should have 3 tiny holes in it that you can see through.

still sparking, cant see anything through pilot, tried scraping inside with pin & philips but cant feel any holes.

got 240 on sl, 240 on L 0 on N

Push the head of a safety pin around the head gently from the outside you will get them eventually.

You were correct the pilot injector sounds blocked

Try cleaning the injector on the pilot assembly.
