went to a hermann boiler today keeps firing up on off every couple of seconds on heating or hot water when there is a demand. i fga'd and it def needs a service so that's been booked in( 1st in the 3 years since installed.) but customer complained of low hot water temp. i'm new to fault finding really but i suspect some sort of thermostat fault but i wondered if anyone may be able to shed a bit of light on the problem
