Plumbers arms .... but yeah I will leave that . I already have spoken to her that I’m not going to touch it due to the fact it has a at risk note already. If she wants I can send a gas safe engineer to give her a quote for replacing it perhaps the viessmann 222 as I read above would do a perfect job.
But hey, thanks for the advice again and guiding me in the right direction. Much appreciate it to all on here
