Hi Guys'

Reporting back with a success, the problem with the boiler was a faulty user control unit, up and running now, thanks guys for your addvice and especially to Diamondgas Top Man.

Sorry you feel that way mate, my occupation is an electrician working UK and worldwide and I like to think that I have given the same dedication to small projects as I have given to vastly huge project.

I do work with state of the art materials and installations, but when confronted with cost cut installations and low maintenance levels I have to give the same dedication to these as the costly ones.

Oh the boiler is my Mums, my late Dad had it fitted in 2008, I never considered him any other than a generous man

I repeat again, thak you all for the tecnical information and knolege you freely gave me, Cheers
