Been out to the above boiler and having the following problems. Create a demand in hot water pump starts, flow spindle making micro switch, then dropping back, remaking and dropping back again. Checked diaphragm, renewed while had apart Although looked ok, removed bypass to rear and checked not blocked and reassembled. Still doing the above although after it trying possibly 4-5 times the spindle remIns out and boiler fires and runs ok. Turn tap off and restart and it can go through same again. Brain frazzled in the heat, any ideas for the spindle not remaining out when demand created.
