Hi, I was wondering anyone could help me. I am having issues with my hot water system, my immersion heater does not seem to be filling up very quickly, literally just sounds like drips.

This has been the case ever since I changed my main water stopcock downstairs, unsure if this is related?? I tried connected cold and hot water taps to clear a possible airlock but still not joy. The taps all have good pressure when the immersion tank is full.

Does anyone have any ideas? thanks Dean

Is that little silver valve in the top right hand corner of the photo open?

+1 and the ball valve is working water coming though when ball is depressed

Welcome to the forum Deanoliv

You should be able to work this one out easier yourself
i.e. If water is ok before it goes into the tank, your ballvave is faulty. Fit a new one.
Otherwise you haven't opened the stopcock fully

hi thanks for the replies, ill have a look and see if its ok and let you all know how its gone, thanks :)

Please do that, we dislike the ones that don`t come back with a yay or a nay.
