instaling a VRT 360 to a Vaillant boiler

Hi all,
I am new to this forum and right from begin would like your advice.
I have a vaillant ecotec plus 824 instaled couple weeks ago with no controler, now tryed to install a V360 room thermostat my self. i've place it direct to the boiler front.
nothing hapend the thermostat doesn't work, now on boiler display F.49
