Hello, looking for an engineer to take a look at my Ideal Icos M3080 boiler. Recently has developed a fault with the display panel flashing HE and heating not kicking in. After consulting the manual, it may be a problem with the pcb. Boiler could do with a service as well. Quotes would be useful.

In Hartlepool. TS24 postcode.
