Vaillants are the worst now they've taken the pressure gauge off the front, you show a customer how to get the water pressure up then 6 months later when it needs topping up they've forgot! Think i'm going to do a step by step guide for our customers.

And is it just me, but I go back to Worcester Greenstars (Junior, SI and CDI) that have 0 pressure in and still going nearly knackering the HEX in.

They don’t have a low pressure cut off
Maybe why the kebabs are always a mess

Well if they knew how to fill it they wouldn’t ring you would they. I’m guessing you see lots of the 10% that don’t.
The issue is most customers forget, if they only have to top it up once every 9-12 months then it doesn't stick in their minds. I have customers who haven't had combis before and you need to show them 2-3 times before it sticks. Throw in the digital gauges on the Vaillant/Glowworm and you've got no chance of them remembering 12 months down line

I would say a good 50% of worcesters are empty at service time. The amount of times I say have you checked your pressure and i get ummmmmm no do you think it's that? No I thought I would just tell you that for the fun of it.

You dont work for checkatrade do you with that figure? :D
