Hello, gotta go and look at one of these tomorrow tenant says the unit doesn't do anything now (They said they have been pressing the reset button as its been locking out 1/2 times a week for about 2 months) Don't know why they did n't let someone know when it was locking out.The water heater was installed last April says the landlord, So should be in warranty but they can't find the invoice. If they have the commissioning record / Gas safe certificate (which they probably don't from what i've heard about the "Gas safe guy" that fitted it )Would that be sufficient documentation to claim on the warranty Also does anyone know how the warranty works with Main, Do they send out one of their engineers to fix it? Or Do they reimburse for parts and reasonable labour costs? Thanks
