My most profitable tool is my website. Why? Because it's a whole lot easier to remember my web address, than it is to remember my phone number.

People can always pass on my details, through my website, much easier than they can when they have to root about for a card I've left them, or try to remember my name or phone number.

Even the well organised people who save my details in their Phonebook at home, are unable to pass them on to someone when they are out and about.

Even other tradesmen, such as tilers, often pass my details on, to their customers, by simply giving them my (easy to remember) website address.

More enquiries equals more jobs, equals more cash.

What's your most profitable tool?

Cheers

Jaffaman

I dont know about my most profitible tool, but my favourite tool is my drain down hose. Bought it from plumb ages ago. It rubber like the one we use on manometer's and its amazing. Never kinks and never leaks where it fits onto a drain off. Its BRILLIANT!
