What heat only boilers dont need a pump overrun? I know the solo doesnt but I am a bit reluctant to fit one of those as I have seen quite a few problems with them. Any suggestions would be great.

Not sure as I fit mainly baxi. BUT I would fit the solo before the icos even if I didn't use baxi. Ideal logic ok, the rest are poor in my opinion

Even if Icos weren't a pile of cack you'll struggle to find one now. I've got a similar problem, need to swap boiler, no way of getting a permanent live or pump live to it due to really expensive laminate flooring so I've plumped for a solo.

Not sur what size you wont, but here is this on ebay,, [h=1]Ideal Icos HE 12 Gas Condensing Boiler Sedbuk A Rated[/h]400 pound what more could you ask for at xmas

An Icos isnt an option, they are a terrible boiler.

I'd go with the baxi solo / potterton promax
(Although I've got a icos myself and have had no probs with it)
