Oil firebird not firing

Firebird boiler not firing up oil getting to pump just not getting to nozzle. It's brand new

If boiler is new I assume it was commissioned correctly?
Just get engineer back!
You cannot make any meaningful adjustment to a oil burner without correct testing/combustion analysis equipment.

hi Simon, Have you dealt with this problem? I also have a new furnace and the same symptoms.

Answer as above get installer back or get it properly commissioned.

The problem was the wrong positioning of the electrodes. We use the feeler gauge that came with the stove and everything works as it should.
