. I did what your bro law did. It’s called resettlement. To be honest unless you have done 22 years (I did 6) it’s not worth the paper it is printed on. When I retraded I paid for most of it myself the ARMY gave me next to nothing. Lucky for me I had no kids at the time. When I first qualified I knew absolutely F**K all and I still dont (even though I have been doing this a while now) compared to the apprentiship lads on here. (But im the first to admit that
) however I have worked hard over the years. Kept my head down and listened when the old and bold where kind enough (and in the mood) to teach me. If I am not sure of something I ask or most of the time reasearch it. However I do agree with you, the fast track lads that are coming through at the minute can be terrible. They give the decent ones a really bad name. It even annoys me.
