Yeah, 99% of our work is fresh plasterboards then plastering on top, or would be.
 
Done my own plastering since buying my first house back in 1999. No the fastest, but alot less rough than some other 'professional' plasteres
 
And I bet you actually care that the surface is smooth and level ready for tiling too unlike most of the plasterers I've seen!!
