Radiator failures

I have had 7 Stelrad softline radiators start to leak around the weld where the elbow joins the radiator panel.

As part of a renovation I have replaced all the radiators and 90% of the copper pipe with Speedfit barrier pipe.
System is treated with Fernox F1 and has a Magnaclean Twin Tech filter which is checked annually when I top up the F1.
Water has been tested by Fernox and was OK.
Open vented system with a Worcester Greenstar 30CDi boiler (16 years old) heat exchanger replaced in Aug 2022.
Whether its coincidence I don't know but the radiator failures started after this work was completed.
The radiators that have failed have only been in service for between 8 and 5 years.
The radiators have all been purchased at different times so I don't think its a batch issue.

Any ideas ?

We have been given replacements under warranty by the merchants we purchased from.
No feedback following their returns to Stelrad.
I have not spoken to Stelrad directly yet.

Dear Graham, Could you please be explicit about "radiator failure". How have they failed? Leaking/cold/blocked?

They have all been working fine and then I noticed water dripping and as far as I can tell it is mostly around the welds where the flow/return elbow connections are made.
Sometimes its at the bottom and sometimes where the bleed valve is fitted. One of them started to leak where the mounting brackets are
welded to the back panel.
