Very pleased to be able to get some advice here;
Potterton performa 28 combi, came with house, app. 7 years old. Multiple problems;
PRV leaking 10 litres a day
radiator/tap valvey thing leaking.
expansion vessel full of water.
Air pressure valvey thing closed off because it was obviously leaking.
So now there's hardly any heat to the rads as it keeps shutting off after a minute or so.
Hot water fine.
I intend to live here for the foreseeable future.
Repair or replace, what do you think?

Thank you.

i think it's most likely because being a new member you can only have so many pm messages before filling your box up. delete what you have if not important and see then.
