Hi there,
I'm writing to you as I don't know what else to do. The transmiter unit has lost connection with the receiver and as you can expect is no longer setting the home temperature.
I've tried to repair it, but the ON/OFF LED is not flashing anymore, it is in Solid RED, and no matter what I do remains the same, so repairing is not possible at all.

Things I've already tried:
- Place New batteries
- Take off old batteries and wait for over 10 mins
- Reset the transmiter, taking off the batteries and waiting for over 2 mins.
- Try repairing by moving the receiver switch from ON/OFF/ON
- Power off the heater waiting for 1 minute trying to reset the receiver.
- Testing the current pairing. Result - Fail
- Boiler is working fine when receiver is set to manual.
Please can you help me out to address this issue?
