2 years ago next door turned into a hmo and couple months later we got backlog of raw sewage coming up from drain.

We phoned jet wash guy and he came did a really good job strange that a rubber duck came out and no one in the house had rubber duck.

Also few month's ago we went out and came back to over flowing again about 6 month gap between the 2 episodes.

I've asked united utilities if it's a shared drain and they haven't responded yet.
