Will your resettlement fund not pay your registration next year when you have more experience

I could use my resettlement fund as long as it's done by November. To be honest as being GSR is needed to work, the outlay is worth it even if out of my own pocket. If I am experienced enough by then I'll use it, not the end of the world if not though.
