Hi
Glad to know he left peacefully don'y forget any good tradesmen will put in writing the procedure of works, time scale etc. People can seem a lot of things to get work.
All the best
Penged.

6 Days for that? We rip out and refit in the same day!!!!

to be honest it would take me 5 days to rip out bathroom, underfloor heating - first fix - tile and refit - cost the lady more than 800 though. but would be completed in 5 days and i wouldnt have to stay there lol

Oh yeah thats fair enough with the underfloor heating and tiling. I meant just the appliances on day one. I do council work so it is fairly straight forward....

I thought council houses were the only ones that could afford the mod cons like satellite tv, full sky subscription, 72" tv, underfloor heating, etc ...;)

Thank you!! I was wondering what to say to my un-christian comment!!!

no probs original comment was much longer but the pc part of me (very small) edited it lol.

I bet I'm damned if I say yes and damned if I say know. Stuck between a rock and a hard place with this one!!
