Some Rads not working HELP PLEASE

Sorry being stupid yes there is a dial from * - max (with 1-6 in between)

Dont worry about Bi directional trv,s . They will flow both ways but will be noisy when working. Your boiler may not have a thermostat that goes to zero, it may have a high low ( switch to low) or a temperature dial ( turn down as low as it will go.)
