Hi everyone As a new member (50 yrs in plumbing & Heating) came across this 12 connector manifold leaking at 2 places and having not seen one of these in all my years it looked like a dogs dinner.also another 12 pipe manifold a couple of inches away, but not leaking .House has 12 rads? so must assume that the 12 way connector leaking has a stop half way through to allow flow and return#6inlet and 6 outlet.have to mend this but they don't do 12 connector manifolds as I can see at moment so will have to codge it up without spoiling the flow rate...... any advise would be appreciated DaVE m

Welcome Dave, any chance of pic to see what your talking about?

Welcome Dave, any chance of pic to see what your talking about?

Have found the exact 12 connector and still made by `Yorkshire/peglar`all copper with 10mm connectors.how good is that after 25yrs after installation.just got to change it !!!!thanks for asking

Just make sure you mark the pipes to ensure all the flows and returns go to the right end. Might sound a bit like teaching granny to suck eggs. But a bit of red tape on all the flows could save a major headache.

Good to know that you got it fixed and you let us know the outcome

Just make one up yourself.

Above is a system I converted from gravity to Combi. I just made up my own manifold. The one on left was a microbore.
