Swapping concealed shower

Is it possible to swap a concealed shower without removing tiles if can get a similar model.

Is it the front part that needs to be changed or the mixer valve behind?

Would be the hole lot if can't get the cartridge

Ah, that could be fun as you would presumably need to access the cold and hot connections and detailed the valve from whatever it is attached to..all through the hole that is there at the front. Would be very hard I think...what is behind the shower is it possible to go in from the back?

Do you have an idea of the what the shower is? the name? might be able to find installation diagram that would give some information.
