Hi, im looking for a decent system boiler and wondered if anyone has any favourites. Total load required 41.09KW

Not a castle!! Two victorian houses converted into an office block.

I stuck a large vaillant into a small aromatherapy/massage school/college recently (big rooms and high ceilings), heavy b*gger and had to run 28mm gas pipe to replace the 15mm on the previous boiler, and that left some warm and happy semi naked trainees. Quite an interesting install, gave up knocking and waiting after a few hours!!

If you can get away with 38KW you could pop in a Vaillant 438. After that big jump in price. The Alpha c50 is well worth a look, in addition to Vaillant & Viessmann. I would go for Viessman they traditionally made big boilers before entering the domestic market. Top notch as well. They do a good 45 KW machine. Fitted a couple in some local churches.
