Hi I just hope that one of you guys could help. It is a brand new mixer have installed for a customer and the NRV for the cold feed keeps sticking. If I replace the valve would anyone know if it can be replaced it from the inside by taking the cartridge out or do I need to take the tiles off again? Surely these things are designed so that I do not have to get to the pipework? Appreciate any help,

Thanks Terry

Hi Tony

I think you are right I shall suggest a pump although that isn't going to be easy.

BTW does your avatar mean PPL?

Yes it does, got my PPL when I was 50, now 69 stopped flying 7 years back, got 475 hrs on type, too old to fly for BA or Virgin decide to pack it in got too costly, trained at Manchester Intl with the big boys good experience, why do you have a PPL

Got this from Pura give me a call on the number I sent you PM I have found some information about the shower and the commissioning of it, thinks that's what is wrong, they say it will work down to 1000mm head.

Happy Flying

Hi

Tony thanks for your help. I did speak to Mark at technical and he agreed that I had commissioned correctly and he thinks that a pump is the answer which I am looking into now. Speak to you soon,

Terry
