Went to a house today with an old vaillant ecomax in it, never seen one before. It's not the ecomax that the ecotec replaced, but an older version similar to a turbo ax vuw282/e in construction. Anyone seen one of these before? Unfortunately was fitted long before condensing boiler were mandatory so the flue runs downhill and condensation pours out the end! Nearly ready for the scrap yard but goes to show they can last a while, this one if 15 years old.

Edit: just found it, a VUW 236 EH.
