Might make someone rich here but why don't they make a flue cutting tool to save hacksawing it all the time
 
And the rothenberger 2in waste pipe slice cuts the inner plastic flue perfectly with no bits to file/cut off

Still not as good mine though--Triangular silicone tube nozzle brill eh.Obviously only triangular on cut off section would give a perfect finish around baths worktops etc.
One of you young bucks go and market this..brum
 
I mark mine with a old skool damp course rap and a sharpy
cut with 18volt angle grinder and 1mm slitting disk
and clean up with a flap wheel
And add chamfer flue inside
lube up and slip togather

As per Ermi, but I'd make up a 45 degree wooden V block to sit the flue in with a slot cut crossways so as you're not cutting into the wooden v block everytime you use it
